Mr. Wells has over (16) sixteen years of litigation experience. His extensive practice in Litigation provides clients with high quality legal representation both in and out of the courtroom.
Mr. Wells graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1999. After graduating, he worked as a stock analyst in New York City before deciding to attend law school.
Joseph then attended the University of Tulsa College of Law (J.D. '05) and Washington University in St. Louis (Ll.M. Taxation '06).
After completing his legal education, his practice began in general civil litigation, probate and estate planning as well as family law.

She specializes in the preparation of estate plans that include: powers of attorney, revocable trusts, special needs trusts, testamentary trusts, third party trusts, wills, formation of business entities, caregiver agreements, prenuptial agreements, transfer-on-death deeds, deeds, healthcare-related documents, and long term and elder care planning.
